Our aim is to ensure the smooth running of your property so that you never have to deal with any unforeseen problems that might occur on a day to day basis.
Our out of hours service means your tenant has a point of contact at all times, providing you with a stress-free rental.
We take care of all aspects of the letting process, once a tenant has been found and the tenancy agreement is signed. This would include any works that need to be undertaken prior to the tenant moving in and organising a detailed inventory which is checked and agreed by both parties.
Once a tenant has moved in we deal with the routine maintenance using our team of highly skilled contractors.
Our policy is to hold a float against any minor repairs that might need to be undertaken thus protecting the landlord from unnecessary inconvenience. If any more major works are required we will contact the landlord and obtain three competitive quotes. We will liaise with insurance companies on any matters arising from a claim.
We visit your property bi-annually to check for any defects or problems. You will receive a written report together with recommendations for maintaining your property at its best and in order to protect future rental value.
At the end of the tenancy, having organized for the inventory to be checked, we will deal with any dilapidation claims, and undertake the necessary repairs, maintenance or redecoration.
